Saying hi!

  • I'm from India and based in Bangalore. I am a Senior product designer with over 4 years of experience at Toddle, an ed tech learning management system where I aim to bring joy to teachers by enhancing their digital education tools.

  • I work with stakeholders to identify problems, generate requirements, scope and convert them into beautiful designs.

  • I currently contribute as both an individual contributor and a design manager.

  • For the longest time, art has been the pillar of my life. Having found my way into design through sketching, music and somehow sports, and I have always been captivated by aesthetics, often pausing to appreciate the smaller details in life.

  • Product design is my realization of design thinking in today's digital world, helping people live better every day and advancing the world, one technology at a time.

My impact
  • Helping scale Toddle from a startup to a mid-sized company over the last 4+ years

  • Leading 4 cross-functional teams with over 30 engineers, having successfully shipped 8+ projects and 100+ features across platforms

  • Driving product design for multimedia tools, early years, student experience, standards-based grading, and communication tools used by teachers, admins, students, and families

  • Contributing both as an individual contributor and design manager, currently mentoring 2 direct reports

  • Serving as an onboarding buddy for new joiners, guiding them through their first 4 months at Toddle

  • Actively leading and contributing to the design systems team with over 3 years of experience, including running internal design system workshops

  • Spearheaded the design of a new grading system, converting 92% of pilot schools from competitors, with a full rollout pending final release'

  • Making everyday a little brighter by organizing office parties, board game nights, and moments of team joy  :)

Outside of work

I swim and play badminton every week. Sometimes I surf, trek, or jump into a game of cricket with friends.

I did a 2 month pottery course and built a few pieces I’m proud of. Still pinch pots here and there when I get the chance.

I draw what I dream, feel, or notice. Now experimenting with AI to see where it takes me.

I volunteer to paint murals at schools, events and public spaces, often for social causes.

My core values
Always keep learning
Do the small things right
Design with empathy
Stay organized - in work and mind
Let's talk about things that
make us
curious

made with love

and also hate, because perfectionism isn’t born out of love, it’s forged in frustration, obsession and an unrelenting pursuit of something better.
